四位数的年份读法：
1.“对半拆分”法，一般分会把四位数年份对半拆分为两个部分来读，前两位为一部分，后两位为另一部分，每部分直接按常规英文数字(基数词)读即可，如：
1949 -> 19 | 49 读作: nineteen forty-nine
2.注意当后两位数为01-09时，零要读出来，读成大写字母O音(/əʊ/)，或者直接读成zero也行，起强调提示作用，如：
1903 -> 19 | 03 读作: nineteen oh three
3.注意仅当后两位数为00，前两位无零数字时，00要读成 hundred，如：
1900 -> 19 | 00 读作: nineteen hundred
4.年份后三位数字全是零，读作: 年份第一位数字 + thousand，如：
1000 读作: one thousand
2000 读作: two thousand
5.2001年-2099年，一般读作 two thousand and + 后两位，如：
2001 读作: two thousand and one
2029 读作: two thousand and twenty-nine
6.2010年-2099年，还可以作“对半拆分”法一分为二来读，如：
2010 -> 20 | 10 读作: twenty ten
2023 -> 20 | 23 读作: twenty twenty-three
7.注意2001年-2009年，不能用“对半拆分”法来读，如：
2001 不能读作: twenty oh one，正确读法为: two thousand and one
2005 不能读作: twenty oh five，正确读法为: two thousand and five
